Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer our online customers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99. This Free Shipping offer is applicable to online orders shipping to the following provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and Prince Edward Island. Orders shipping to: Nunavut, Northwest Territories or the Yukon are excluded from this free shipping offer. Shipping quotes are available for these exempt areas. Orders under $99 are subject to additional shipping fees that will be calculated after the order is placed with NovaLedLights. We will contact you with the shipping costs shortly after your order is placed and send you a link to complete the payment. Shipping fees must be paid before the order can be released. Alternatively, you may request a shipping quote in advance (before placing your order) by contacting us at info@NovaLedLights.com with the item(s) of interest and your postal code. You are also welcome to pickup your items in store at our Vaughan showroom, once they become available.

Availability

Items appearing on our website may or may not currently be in stock. Please contact us to inquire if an item that you see on our website is available. We do not have live stock counts on our website as we carry products from several different manufacturers and their stock levels are fluctuating, but we would be happy to look into availability for you. The lighting industry (as well as many others) is currently experiencing more frequent back orders than in year’s past. We still have thousands of items available and ready to ship and would be happy to help you select an in stock alternative if your desired item is not available.

Shipping Method

Orders shipping from the manufacturer may be routed to our distribution centre for inspection before arriving at their final destination. Orders over $99 that qualify for free shipping will be shipped Standard Ground service.

Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Shipping Lead Times

When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Once your product has shipped (anywhere from a one to ten days later if in stock, or longer if on back order), you will receive an Order Status Update email confirming the shipment of your goods. This email will include tracking information for your use. We will be sure to notify you if there are any delays or back orders on the items in your order.
Shipping times vary as some items are coming from manufacturer warehouses in both the United States and throughout Canada. Please expect in stock items to arrive within one to four weeks. If an item is in stock in our store’s warehouse located in Kanata, Ontario, items will ship immediately and can arrive anywhere from a few days (locally) to two weeks (across Canada). ***Please note: We are continuing to experience fulfillment delays with some of our manufacturers and are unable to guarantee estimated arrival dates and shipping times as they are constantly changing and dependent on the individual manufacturer. We will do our best to provide updates on your order as they become available.***

In Store Pickup

We are pleased to offer free in store pickup at our Vaughan Showroom for all of our items. While we do carry thousands of in stock items in our own showroom and warehouse (these items can be picked up immediately), we may have to place orders with manufacturers for the items in your order. Shipping times to our showroom can range from a few days to four weeks (depending on the location of the manufacturer and whether or not there are any back orders on the items selected). Damaged or Defective

We ask that upon receipt of your shipment a thorough check for any damages be completed. If you do find any issues with the condition or quality of your order, please contact us at 1-613-412-9377 or by email at info@NovaLedLights.com. Depending on the severity of the damage(s), we may ask that you dispose of the item and a replacement will be shipped to you. Alternately, we will provide instructions for the order to be shipped back to us or the manufacturer at no cost. For missing or damaged parts, we will ship replacement parts to you at no cost.
